The transformer was the first thing the oil guy figured it was so I'm assuming that's a common problem. Actually no, mine ended up being air getting in the oil line.

Have they replaced the oil burner ignition transformer? That was the first thing replaced on mine when I had intermittent failure.

In Hampstead I think it switched over sometime between 4-5AM I think. Came down pretty steady and hard. Looks like it'll be some decent accumulation. Don't know about the forecasted amounts but looks like heavy stuff.

Was going to mention innovation liquidation (used to be called something else like bull dog or something like that, but they moved from Hampstead to Derry and changed names).
I also saw Deja Vu, might be something up your alley: https://dejavufurniture.net/

Total suckfest using the snow blower. The bottom layer icified so the machine kept riding up if I went faster than FWD 1. Took over an hour and half to snow blow the driveway (though my driveway is quite long). Pretty sure we got 8"+ like /u/TheCloudBoy predicted.

At least 3 inches in Hampstead, probably more like 4-5. Measured on my deck and it was 5 but looking near my car and house roof and looks more like 4. Glad it wasn't an ice fest.

Wow only 1-2” for my area? I’d like to take the over on that bet but this winter has been real bad for snow accumulation in southern nh.

I'm still holding out hope for snow. Really disappointed to see this possibly turning into another wintry mix / sleet storm.
At least the ski resorts will get the snow.

This sounds cool and then realize it's rentals. I mean I guess that's decent for people renting but does not help people find affordable homes.

That stinks. My 2007 CRV had a service bulletin years ago where the dealer replaced the A/C compressor clutch, still blows cold.
In Sandown try All Japanese Imported Auto Services.

When you see a listing that looks like a house but the listing says it's a condo, that pretty much says you don't own the land.

I wonder if this was initially a mobile home, then additions were built onto it which includes the larger part of the home with the basement.

Go to the assessors webpage. Valuation will list land value and building value. In this case it only lists the building. It does not list anything under land. The above house is listed as a condo.

That's not a mobile home. That looks like a ranch and the assessors office says it is as well: 1.00 STORY FRAME RANCH YEAR BUILT: 1948
Likely was a vacation home built on blocks back in the day.

They added this to Hampstead in the last 2 years at some point. Of course it is not without problems, doesn't work for half days, bus is in the shop or when they have to move buses around. Generally it works really well though.

That's hilarious. How the heck were rhododendrons even causing a problem unless they were encroaching the road, that's insane.

Most new developments are getting the lines buried, at least what I've seen. It's all the old lines are is simply not getting buried, too much work.

Do you look outside at all? The roads are narrow and there are a shit ton of trees lining all the roads. Heavy snow and ice = power outages.

I'm in S.NH and have Xfinity, I don't have a 5G phone but my wife does. Our coverage seems pretty much the same, poop. Don't know if Verizon network is garbage or Xfinity gets limited? If you're concerned about signal quality and data rates you might want to pay up for the first class carrier service (ATT, TMobile, Verizon) instead of a MVNO.
