It's a nod to 101 Hudson next door, the colour, pattern and height match. I think it looks good, an interesting idea.

Why don't they reverse a little and park before the stop sign where the crossing won't be blocked?

Assuming your boiler is in the basement like mine, with four stories you need to have the pressure up at 25 psi to make it up to the top.
Have you sprung any leaks?

So you can't increase the boiler temperature without risking scalding your tenants? I imagine there would be a way to increase the heating water temperature separate to the house hot water, even on a combined system.
My house was struggling to get to 65 with the boiler set to the default 180 degrees, I increased to 210 and things got much better.

A good response for those with PTAC.
OP has hot water boiler with baseboards, so no fans.

Had to crank my boiler up to 210, this is a hot-water system, I recall you have steam which I suppose you can't crank up, steam is steam.
Edit: sorry just noticed you are indeed talking about a hot water system, what temperature is your boiler set to?

Those "variety packs" with a circular cake pre-sliced on a cardboard base with plastic lid, which you can get from BJs with a couple of chocolate slices, couple of strawberry, etc. are rather stodgy and horrible.

House mice are a distinct species to field mice, house mice live in buildings and structures close to humans. If you catch a house mouse and dump it outside somewhere it will die unless it can rapidly find another house to live in.

Change for Children were the ones against the tax rises. Education Matters is the teacher's union backed slate who voted to increase your taxes.
How can you hope to get the outcome you want if you can't even keep straight which side is which?

Naeddrawoh is correct! It's painted now, the inside lane is split into a two directional bike-lane, while the outer part is a hashed out buffer from the cars. Maybe they will add the plastic dividers later.

I would love to bike that way more often to and from Cochrane Field, but it's so damn dangerous.
Unfortunately, even with this bike lane, the worst stretch, Burma Road and Phillip Street, remains with no bike lane. Until that section is adressed, bicycling to Caven Point from downtown will remain frightening and underused.
