I’m not exactly a lawyer but I know a lil bit. Usually, especially when it involves units being shot at, the DA will put together a case for the judge to consider how dangerous an individual is and whether or not they should be held without bail pending trial (done) and how much of a danger to society a person might be. They need time to consider the priors (of which I’m sure there are some, being judgmental about it) and put together a case for the judge and recommend the sentence to the judge who weighs that among other factors. This guy will probably get a public defender and tell the guy to plead no contest and, depending on the other factors (is this a first offense?) he is probably looking at 5 years. I mean they could really say “attempted murder on a public servant” etc if they think the charge will stick. That’s what they mean by pending investigation. Think about how much of this shit happens in a DA’s district every day. They need time to process this, among other cases.

I didn’t go to Plymouth and I partied a bunch with people at Plymouth and from Plymouth at Livermore falls. If you are solely looking at not partying and just studying I’m sure you could just avoid parties. It’s a known party school though.

I didn’t disagree with any place you mentioned but this is a nh thread, so if you know nothing about nh just don’t assume there’s nothing going on. I’m just saying if you think there aren’t good pie options then try the place I mentioned sometime before forming the opinion.

And by go to Tuckaway you mean “two hour wait”. That’s what we call it now. Place is fire but unless you’re a single at the bar at noon you are waiting two hours bud. Pizza by George will not be trash talked. Going a place one time isn’t a good barometer for a review.

“There’s nothing going on there” lol you really should try a few places and do research before you talk shit. I can think of 5 Greek HOPs that are good, two beach pizzas that are good at minimum, at least 3 good Neapolitan/Sicilian. Check out phantom gourmets episode on Granfanallys in Salem. That place is fire.

Came to say this. Pizza by George is more than legit. They sell Stromboli, calzone, lattice, and other specialities right out of the case. I have friends who’ve moved all over nh but we grew up in southern Seacoast of nh and we still drive over an hour to pick up pies from George if we are meeting up or providing pies for a party etc.

Both are huge factors but, especially due to the salt on the coast and less fog coverage, it’s been hot and dry there most of the year and when I was 10-15 summer usually included a windbreaker or sweater. Now all summer is 80-100 degrees, and very dry. We used to be snowed out of the house half the winter and now we are lucky to get one storm. It’s drastic with how close we are to the Canadian border there, you really notice how similar weather is these days to the southern east coast.

It’s your land. If someone has left something on my land and I decided I didn’t want it there I’d leave a note where it was with your contact info. Someone just walking around is a different story if your land is not posted. It’s nice of you to do that. I’ve wandered onto private property without knowing and if someone asked me to leave I would without a fuss.
