Vermont taxes everything and is always in the worst of tax bitten in the US, NH has some high taxes but doesn't tax everything and overall tax burden is one of the lowest.

I'm in Essex, I'll get his name later today. He is a one man operation so that's why he was shower, but he's very detail oriented and his prices were on par.

Last summer I had a system installed in my house, two outside units 24k each, and 5 inside wall units, four 8k and a 16k which does my house minus the basement. It is a Fujitsu system, I used it primarily for cooling and worked great and barely caused my power to go up in the summer. In the fall I used it a little for heat but once it got steadily below freezing I went to my NG baseboard heat witch is cheaper and more efficient. The install for the split took about a week and cost $12k, I was able to get the normal rebate, but none of the income dependent ones. Shop around and good luck.

Their aren't that many, look at amtrak, it goes to NYC and DC, they drive. Rich people don't use mass transit

The only way this could even be practical would be if the population went up 10 fold. Even if everyone in the state used this daily it wouldn't work, too rural and population too small.

Which is the same thing as removing a minimum percentage to win. Vote for the one person you want, not a list.

Just vote who you want, not a multitude, and the highest vote count wins. You don't need a plan b, c, d, accept who wins with the vote total that's highest.

No the best way is they win with the most votes, and remove any need for 50 or 40% to win. If there are 12 prior running and the winner has 23% then they win.

Essex cinema hands down, best seats, clean, stadium seating, nothing better in this state.
