UPDATE: She didn’t have a chip and is at the Richmond Animal Shelter at Chamberlayne. She’s a sweet girl. I hope someone recognizes her and she can get back to her family soon.

UPDATE: She’s headed to Richmond Animal Control off Chamberlayne to get scanned for a microchip.
