If you think it might ever be useful again- then cover it, but if you want to fill it you should do some research…
A quick google search-
There are very good reasons for well owners to make sure inactive or abandoned wells on their property are properly decommissioned:
-Improperly abandoned wells threaten drinking water supplies by providing open conduits into aquifers.
-If a drinking water well is being replaced because of water quality problems in the original well, the abandoned well is a direct threat to the new water supply if it is not properly sealed.
-Improperly abandoned wells can create a liability problem at the time of property resale or if the well causes contamination in neighboring wells.
-Shallow dug wells create a physical hazard simply because of their large diameter and the potential for animals or people to fall into them. Typically, the older fieldstone-lined wells are the most dangerous because many were finished flush to the ground surface and were covered with wooden covers, which are now decayed or non-existent.

She probably has to borrow money from him when she runs low on food at the end of the month. One of his secretaries probably takes it down to her

I think most republicans are no more violent than average, but… when you think about a person who is obsessed with guns and firepower, which political party do you associate them with?
And although most gun owners are responsible, law abiding citizens, I think it’s a legitimate concern if you’re surrounded by armed neighbors who seem to be susceptible to lies about elections and a loss of freedom and liberty that come from a party led by politicians who continue to demonize their political opposition.

$1000 deductible? Mine’s $6,000 for me, $6,000 for my wife, but don’t worry, the plan only costs us $1,000/month…
The joy if self employment. This is how the system breeds compliant employees instead of independent people.

Unpopular opinion- Maybe that store really wasn’t that profitable- super high rent location, tons of competition in close vicinity, serves as a public restroom for half the shoppers in the Old Port, perpetual staffing issues due to city-wide housing costs… etc
Unionization is a double edged sword that can sometimes take a small business or franchise down.
Not knocking the concept of fair treatment of workers, nor unions in general, but a business needs to make a profit or else why would anyone own one
