Reply to âFlowâ, comparable to the Chinese concept of Wu Wei, dissolves our sense of self and transforms our experience of time. Itâs an antidote to the modern worldâs obsession with multitasking, but finding it depends on balancing the challenge of a task against our skill. by IAI_Admin
I teach freediving and itâs one of if not the best example of a flow state

Maybe but Iâm not sure not dreaming is a thing, maybe we all dream but we donât always remember the dreams.
I donât know if youâve had general anesthesia, for me it was a shocking experience. It was like a light switch was flipped and you just arenât. I have no experience of the switch being flipped either, one second I was chatting away with the nurses and the next I was waking up after, there was no counting down and getting dizzy/blurry and all that they show in the movies. It was truly a mind fucking thing to have happen to me, existentially speaking.

You exist while you sleep, you dream etc, itâs not the same as not existing at all.

Same, creeped me the fuck out to be honest and was super scary, like we know it intellectually i guess but to actually âexperienceâ it was so strange. Did not abate my fear of death though.
