Had to have been written by someone who has never been to Worcester before lol

I’ve had to bring my kitten twice and each time was the same. Like others have pointed out, it seems like they’re definitely understaffed because of the wait times but I was lucky enough to be seen by the doctor. They’re all extremely kind but definitely would not bring my animals there for minor emergencies.
