I was referring to the design of the circle. Of course there are far more people traveling the Portsmouth circle that aren’t familiar with it and doing reckless things. However the design of the circle makes perfect sense and anyone with half a brain should be able to figure out how to navigate it. The circle in Derry is poorly designed and causes traffic to back up because people don’t have enough time and space to enter it safely.

East Derry road sneaks it’s way in there. I haven’t lived there in about 6 years but at 5 PM 28 would be backed up.

Derry traffic circle is the worst. There are 5 entrances/exits and it’s too small to properly regulate traffic.
