I’ve only been to the Kelly’s they opened at Jordan’s in Natick. It was always good, but always overpriced and never amazing, neither the roast beef or the seafood was memorable for me.

New England Roast Beef is right down the street from here and will still be my goto.

Boulevard Diner on Shrewsbury Street has some surprisingly good Italian food. Home made sausage and fresh Italian bread from Culpeppers. Makes a quick tasty lunch stop. They also have typical diner breakfast fare all day.

Strike out the band? Why Polar Park has yet to host big-time concerts: http://archive.today/2022.09.29-134454/https://www.telegram.com/story/news/2022/09/29/after-two-years-still-no-large-concerts-held-polar-park/8124099001/

"the only way to get to the center of the park is through a rolled-up doorway at center field that you can drive a vehicle into but, unfortunately, that is only 12 feet high, and large trucks that carry concert production are always 13 feet high or so,”

tl;dr, besides baseball, we were told to anticipate up to 125 large events per year including big outdoor concerts, and instead we really haven’t had any.

We are definitely missing some details, something is off. Listed for 1mil, dropped to 900k, then delisted and sold for way over initial list price in 2018.

I don't know all the details, but if you're getting evicted from a literal mansion valued at 1.5mil, maybe you're living beyond your needs and you should consider renting or buying a home that is more within your budget.

Edit: Also, FTR, I am very anti-eviction in most situations. Every available option should be exhausted to help families/homeowners who have no place to go but the streets. But from reading about this house, the very first option should be dump the house and get into someplace you can afford, even if it's an unappealing one bedroom rental.
