Stop reading so much.
Taking in information is step 1. to making a reality like the singularity happen. The truth is, we have to work to bring the things described in those philosophies to life.
You're on here, so you already have potential. Go out and build something that you think is important to making the singularity happen.

Yes… so it didn’t perform better than something with 100000 billion quadrillion hours of training time… but it still performed well enough… to make a difference.
The people at Deepmind do not understand the urgency.

And yet… it still did complete basic tasks with some degree of success. The well paid ‘academics’ of Deepmind don’t understand how simple some of the tasks in the real world are if some sort of automated process could do them.
Shame on Deepmind

Why not? It’s the closest thing to AGI so far. Maybe not ASI but some lower form of AGI

that would be so boring... one person makes it to space and can't show it to anyone
Pointless in the context of making a singularity happen

Yes. How many times do you have to hear the same thing before you get it and we can move on and make some damn progress

No government should force anybody to do anything.
A well functioning society will produce children. If people feel safe and have abundance in their life then children pop up.
No intelligent person living pay check to pay check and working some terrible hours per week is going to decide to have children.
Basically if there’s too much inequality in the world, it will collapse because no one will want to exist.
Lmao
