Are you directly plugged into the router? What's your router/mesh network like? Are you in an old building, is there an access point in the same room as your computer? Xfinity for better or worse tends to be the best provided in NW in my decade plus experience of living here.

Real talk advice? Do you have someone in the city who can move and store your things? If you can weather it, the best deal is to just get out of there and find a new place. The situation sounds sticky and complicated and any resolution you reach will likely still be unsatisfactory. If you have no other options definitely reach out to OTA.

Reply to Reagan Airport parking sold out? by internet_emporium
It's holiday travel season and DCA is not a particularly large airport in terms of footprint. If you must drive there are likely nearby hotels that offer parking with shuttle service. But really metro or Uber is the easiest way. Would a shuttle or car service be more your speed?

It was never blocked to cars because of COVID. It's blocked during cherry blossom season, maybe you went then and thought it was COVID?

That's not a circuit and much less conducive to high speeds due to the many twists and turns.

This is going to be interesting to see in practice. This is currently the only semi safe place for bike pace lines in DC.

Just go to any intersection with a traffic light. I'll bet you 70% of the time or more the person at the front of the line will take 5 secs or more to notice the green light and actually move, because they're on their phone. I never remember honking at an intersection when the light turned green pre-covid. Now it's atleast once per car trip.

It didn't use to be this bad. This is a post COVID phenomenon, additionally people have become phone addicted in a way that wasn't true just a few years ago.
