I now wanna know brand and model too! But I have no idea. This picture is just from a keycaps listing on AliExpress I've saved a while ago.

People pointed out this is the JoJo m93. I was mostly looking to see if this layout has a name so I can look for similar keyboards but sounds like this is not a very standard layout.
