It’s not an opinion. It’s a fact that Champ is, or at least was at one time, real. I saw Champ first hand in Mallets Bay in like 1990.

What an odd thing to say on your own post about coming here as a tourist.

Depends on what you’re into. There isn’t much happening at that time of the year. That’s kind of the in between season all the winter time activities are all wrapped up for the year but the spring and summer activities haven’t really started yet. If you like shopping and drinking and eating, there is no particular season for that so there’s no real bad time.

Nope here’s a hint it’s a town in the top ten property tax rates in the state.

Best: it’s quaint, quite, peaceful and the people that live here are among the most pleasant that I’ve ever lived around.
Worst: stupidly high property taxes and lousy schools

Worthy Kitchen. Also as others have said Billings Farm is very cool. The Quechee gorge is nice for a quick stop and the Vermont Institute of natural sciences is right nearby and they’ve got some pretty cool birds to look at.

The author doesn’t even use his real name...
Edit: that said if she actually used public funds to privatize a water body that’s shitty. If she abused her position or broke laws to make that happen she should be impeached.

Maine taxes their legal market and it is going very well for them. They have a robust marketplace of owner operated small businesses and most consumers seem very happy with what’s happening.

I use these for all kinds of stuff around my little farm. They’re probably almost a year old, well used and look like brand new. Very comfortable to wear and decent dexterity.

They hustle people like crazy in Maine and the realtors are in on it. When we bought our house there we “had to” get a water test they found radium and uranium (IIRC) they weren’t really unsafe levels but convinced us they were and sold us on a $10,000 system. When we sold the house to move back here the buyers had a water test done and guess what, the water was still no good and the system had to get replaced. They sold the buyers on a $20,000 system to mitigate dissolved minerals that only exceeded “safe levels” by like .01% on 3 out of 6 tests we did over the course of like 38 months.

Lol no probably not. You could do some gorilla orcharding and plant them in some random place where are you don’t think people would mess with them or connect with a friend or family member that has some land and plant them there.

I added to and turned about 3 yards of composting chicken and goat bedding by hand. Then did leaf blowing and a little mowing before it got dark.
