Dave’s market or the Winter farmers market. RI mushroom company.

If you are looking for non grocery/cooking based mushrooms. You’re on your own.

There are three in the region that I think are the best. (Two have been mentioned)

Aquastethics in Fall River.

Tropic aisle in Framingham.

Uncle Ned’s in Millis.

I generally go for plants on Aquastethics as well as all my scaping needs. tropic and Ned’s are where I generally go for fish.

I find everyone at Ned’s especially knowledgeable and helpful with any issues.

So. I strongly suggest asking questions before assuming. While I am white. My wife isn’t. So when we are driving yeah. We are targeted and have been. As our our kids 2 of the 3 are driving age. It’s a bit of the “talking down” when you are explaining to someone something they live through daily.

And it still doesn’t negate the NO. Usually cops are looking out for speeding and reckless behavior. I don’t have the time normally to identifying the ethnicity of another driver as their passing me. Anymore than most cops can either. The majority of racially motivated and targeting happens when the officer FOLLOWS someone and looks up their info and/or takes the time to identify the driver.

Flashing at someone hauling ass past you that there is a cop ahead is warning them for only one of two reasons 1) slow down it’s a speed trap or 2) slow down there is an emergency incident ahead.

And I’d flash someone for 2. But definitely not for 1. I want them pulled over and given a ticket dammit.

No. Especially if the cop is near where I live.

If someone is driving way too fast I don’t want them warned I want them caught and given a ticket. That is how the system is supposed to work.

I’m tired of seeing people doing 50 in residential areas and getting away with it.

Durks is good in Prov. The rest I’ve had around is decent but nothing jumps out.

I like Durks best because their meats are quite good and close to TX bbq. The sides are acceptable not great. No one around here has good sides. Durks whiskey selection elevated the place for me.

Honestly. Having had every one of the best in and around central Texas nothing here compares. Especially smoked turkey at Franklin and the beef ribs at a Louie Miller. So damn good. The only thing I’ve not gotten to have is the chicken at Snows.

Dave’s market is the best if you can only get to a big grocery store.

But there are local fish mongers throughout RI. Any of them will have the same stuff.

If you want an eclectic experience: CAV

If you want a decadent experience and cost is no concern: Gracie’s; if cost is a concern: Siena

If you want a bar/pub food experience: The District

If you want an old world experience: Camille’s

If you want a REALLY old world New England experience: The White Horse Tavern

There are a hundred other great spots to go to ranging in price and cuisine and such. But those are a good range above to start with.

Relax. Take a deep breath. Most of us have had a bad semester. Colleges want you to succeed. Star with making an appointment with a counselor at CC. Then talk to each professor and ask what you can do to make up ground. The GPA requirements for it I think are by year, not by semester but I could be wrong.

Even if you don’t qualify for this program. You may for other aid that will cut the cost down for you.

I love how someone who is clearly a you adult/kid comes here posting about how scared they are going to college and feeling like a failure. Seeking some advice.

And your brain says “yeah. Now is the time to bash the state and make it about my personal politically based views.”

Given that you don’t want to offer any advice to this young person I think that shows exactly what kind of person you are.

This is dangerously off topic. But please read the entire thread. I own an Outback. And I wouldn’t get a different Subaru than the Outback. I’m still angry they stopped making the 6cyl (which I have the last model of).

If I get an electric Subaru. It would have to be an Outback as I stated.

Ok. Got that. But I dunno. This is the thousandth reply with an assumption as opposed to phrasing it better “hey. Have you taken a look at the Solterra? I did and really liked it”.

I find it hilarious that I’m down voted for pointing out that you need to work in your communication. That is a you issue. If you don’t get that and can’t admit that I don’t even know what to say. I didn’t insult you. I didn’t call you names. I just am stating you made an assumption. It’s valid criticism.
