Ultimately this is what is going to happen. The large firms can operate at a loss, push out the smaller landlords, and buy up their properties. This is what happens every single time.

Didn't most property taxes go up 25% recently?

I agree - this and Giovanni's in Secaucus are probably the best Italian delis in NJ. Subway is garbage and their tuna is cat food. Come at me bro

What is the controversy over him and the organization? I am moving to JC in a few weeks and don't keep up with anything going on there.
This sub seems to be outraged over something new every single week. I hope most of the residents aren't like the people on this sub.

Socialists do not understand economics whatsoever. Artificial government controls create artificial scarcity which leads to higher prices.

There are actual cab companies that you can call that will take you into the city - it's about the same cost as uber - lyft.

I don't understand, if you did commercial renovations you probably used your companies equipment? I didn't have that luxury. How are you coming to the conclusion that truck sales are "feelings based"? Your own feelings?

I bought a pickup truck when I was renovating the house I lived in. Originally my wife and I just had sedans and we would use the pickup once or twice a week to haul stuff around. This proposal is insane and not seeing any type of nuance to the problem. There are many people who use their pickup trucks once in awhile and are in no way "compensating for anything".

NVM googled it. She hit and ran one of her own constituents.

Biden literally said the US would "shut down" the Nordstream pipeline if Russia invaded Ukraine. When asked how the US would do that he said in his characteristic weird fashion "We have our ways".
The guy admits the US did it but what he said is ignored.
