I think that would be possibly a good location ! Or maybe something even higher as I think past 4 am the moon won’t be visible for far too long

Edit: sorry wrong info! We should be able to see it till about 6 am. But being in downtown I guess wouldn’t be the best option as it would be then close to the horizon ! Maybe prospect terrace would be a better option

So I went with an f/stop of 7.1, with a 15 sec exposure, at 43 mm, with an ISO of 125! So the narrow aperture and low ISO allowed me to get a long exposure without getting too much of the city light in. Also I edited the image in lightroom and adjusted a few, especially reducing highlights and increasing the contrast

Fun fact, I left my place to go there to capture the skyline at sunset. But I was a bit too late. Didn’t even take my tripod. So I looked to the other side to see this beautiful vision. I captured this at a long exposure of few seconds, by using the pedestrian bridge sides as my tripod. I just loved the play of colors in the reflection and on the bridge and buildings
